GCC heeft het traditionele ontwerpconcept van de clean booth veranderd, de mini-clean unit neemt het concept van modulair integratieontwerp, deze architectuur is vergelijkbaar met SMIF-vorm, het heeft een verscheidenheid aan onafhankelijke schone ruimtes, het enige verschil is dat de transmissie niet wordt uitgevoerd door de verbindingsarm, maar om te werken in een gesloten cleanroom. Het heeft de onafhankelijke airconditioning en retourluchtsysteem. Het voordeel van deze vorm is gemakkelijke elastische afstand, lage bouwkosten, in vergelijking met de traditionele civiele constructie-zuiveringsruimte, de kosten worden aanzienlijk verlaagd.
